About Zacada

Zacada is a non-financial digital wallet: it holds passes, tickets and cards, not money.

Why we're building it

A lot of everyday trust in Nigeria still runs on paper slips and phone calls. A passenger shows a printed ticket. The agent can't tell if it's real, so they call the office or wave it through. Zacada replaces that with proof anyone can check in seconds, issued by the business itself.

How we build

We design for the conditions people actually have: weak networks, low-end phones, bright sun at the gate, and more than one language. Verification works offline, a PIN backs up the QR code, and Nigerian languages are coming to the app as real options.

Who's behind it

Zacada is built by ZobiaTech Labs, a Nigerian technology company. ZobiaTech Labs builds and runs Zacada and is responsible for it.
