Privacy notice
This notice covers the zacada.app website. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by ZobiaTech Labs, a company registered in Nigeria. ZobiaTech Labs builds Zacada and is responsible for this website.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site has no sign-up, no contact form, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
What our hosting provider sees
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to send you the page and protect the site from attacks. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, does this for us.
If you email us
We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and keep them only as long as we need to for that.
The Zacada apps
Zacada Wallet and Zacada Agent aren't available yet. They will have their own privacy notice, published here before they launch.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email privacy@zacada.app. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top.
